Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm are guaranteed to be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Delivery

Free Standard Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (RM48), with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Express Delivery

An express delivery option is available at checkout for customers who need their order sooner. This service aims to deliver your order the next working day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During busy periods, including seasonal peaks, deliveries may take longer than expected.

International Delivery

We offer international tracked delivery to selected destinations.

The international shipping price shown at checkout includes the shipping cost, applicable VAT, import charges and customs duties, where applicable. This means you should not have to pay additional import charges on delivery for these costs covered by your order.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services. All international orders are sent using a tracked service.
