How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday with a cut-off time of 2pm.
What postage method do you use?
Our standard FREE postage is RM48 which takes approximately 2 working days from dispatch to delivery.
Express postage is also available at checkout at a small extra cost. We use RM24 which takes approximately 1 working day from dispatch to delivery.
How do I get a refund?
Please contact us if you wish to return your order and post your goods back to the address provided on your paperwork. Please include your full name, order number and reason for return. Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with their original packaging. We aim to refund on the same working day and return postage is not refundable unless we are at fault and in this case we will refund the postage cost along with your refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?
A: If you place your order Monday-Friday, before 2pm we guarantee it will be dispatched the same day. If we receive your order after 2pm it will be dispatched on the next working day. At peak periods please allow extra time where possible.
Delivery times vary based on your location:
• Standard Delivery (Free): 2-3 business days within the UK.
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days within the UK for a small additional cost.
• International Delivery: 5-10 business days using a tracked service.
What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please visit our Return Policy page for more information.
